Bandits on the Run will be playing THE TOWN AND THE CITY FESTIVAL, a 2-day music and arts festival that will take place in various event spaces, bars, cafes, and galleries throughout downtown Lowell, Massachusetts. The festival celebrates the spirit of Jack Kerouac in direct and indirect ways.
